Interesting video and subsequent comments/discussion. I agree with some of the pilots that I probably would have gone around. But hard to say in that instant you have to make a decision. Pilot Niko explained that he lost about 15 knots of wind speed coming in, but he followed the guidelines for wind shear compensation
