Landing a DA40 with wind shear at 200 feet

Interesting video and subsequent comments/discussion. I agree with some of the pilots that I probably would have gone around. But hard to say in that instant you have to make a decision. Pilot Niko explained that he lost about 15 knots of wind speed coming in, but he followed the guidelines for wind shear compensation to come in at least 10 knots above final speed. In this case he did 90 because he was expecting more than 10 knots wind shear (he also has a 5,000′ or 6,000′ runway). He reminds us, keep the nose down thus reducing the angle of attack and lower the possibility of a stall, and come in faster. He flies the airplane with power all the way before touch down; no gliding.
